I led technical operations for a four-day corporate event in central London for a global biopharmaceutical company specializing in RNA interference (RNAi) therapeutics. My role involved overseeing room and AV management across three meeting spaces, coordinating a multidisciplinary AV team (including PTZ camera operator, PowerPoint and sound technicians, and remote platform support via Zoom and Microsoft Teams), and acting as the primary client liaison. I managed all digital materials, provided onsite video editing, and collaborated with the Hilton Hotel Events Team to ensure seamless logistics. I also handled last-minute technical requests such as mobile device streaming, impromptu Teams broadcasts, and digital archiving, ensuring a smooth experience for approximately 45 global delegates. I was Production Show caller for a global internal communications broadcast for a leading biopharmaceutical company. Working client-facing throughout, I created the Run of Show and coordinated with three project managers (client, agency, and technical), as well as the onsite comms team and global senior leadership presenters. I worked closely with the technical teams — LX, Sound, Camera Ops, Broadcast Manager, and vMix Op — to deliver a three-camera studio broadcast, live-streamed to all territories worldwide (including China) with simultaneous translation into eight languages. Despite a tight turnaround, minimal onsite rehearsal time, and multiple last-minute changes to digital assets, the show ran smoothly and to time. I provided presenter onboarding and relaxed, friendly on-camera coaching, and I even developed custom HTML code to synchronise agenda timing with streaming latency; giving us greater control of the live broadcast.

I led the technical delivery of a 90-minute live ceremony attended by 140 senior industry guests. Working client-facing throughout, I ran and cued the technical rehearsal, cue-to-cue, and presenter run-throughs, coordinating across all departments. I called all show cues — including mixed live and pre-recorded walk-up music, live performances by Alex Horne and The Horne Section, two BSL-interpreted performances, and autocue delivery for 24 scripted awards. Collaborating closely with Encore’s production team, I managed a constantly evolving run of show with nine script versions, SRT caption files, and complex cue sequencing, all in a high-pressure live environment. As Stage Manager for the flagship event of Fashion and Textiles at London Climate Action Week, I oversaw the delivery of 15 hosted panel sessions featuring 69 speakers, welcoming over 2,000 visitors and 150+ organisations across two days. I managed all aspects of the Seminar Series Programme Stage, coordinating experts, thought leaders, suppliers, brands, and client representatives to ensure a seamless and impactful live experience. Responsibilities included backstage management, coordination of presenters/crew/stage elements, and real-time problem solving, while maintaining clear communication between exhibition and stage teams. I also ensured compliance with health and safety protocols and maintained a comprehensive prompt book detailing all operational elements. Venue: Magazine London. Client: The Sustainable Angle

Delivered a structured coaching programme supporting senior Kantar Media staff in the creation and delivery of high-impact presentations and panel sessions for The World Audiences Summit 2023 and 2024. Facilitated a multi-stage training process across virtual and in-person formats, focusing on storytelling, slide design, personal delivery, and panel moderation. Coached four presenter groups on crafting persuasive, sales-driven narratives, and supported C-Suite executives and regional leads in elevating their facilitation of panels, fireside chats, and stage hosting, ensuring audience engagement and message clarity in a high-profile international forum. Contracted to manage technical floor operations for a high-profile live corporate AGM. Collaborated directly with the showcaller, production director, project manager, and executive presenters to deliver a seamless two-hour broadcast. Responsibilities included rehearsals, floor timing, presenter support, camera coordination (six-camera setup), Zoom Q&A integration, live BSL interpreter support, slide and VT playback, and autocue management. Broadcast from Studio 1, Riverside Studios – an industry-grade television studio environment.

European Congress in Milan, Italy, where my client participated as a Diamond Sponsor. As part of a 15-member team of European Key Account Managers, I supported a commercially focused presence among 2,500+ attendees. The objective was to engage key stakeholders – including patient organisations, advocacy groups, and healthcare professionals – while maintaining the highest standards of booth etiquette and compliance. I delivered a virtual pre-event workshop on personalised booth conduct, followed by an in-person session focused on managing potential objections and disruptions. My continued onsite presence ensured consistent, high-quality interactions and meaningful, trust-based engagement. This project offered valuable experience in stakeholder engagement and strategic commercial representation.
As a live event professional I am relied upon as a Senior Event Producer. However, this has also provided additional skills including showcalling and stage management. My recent work at COP28, Dubai, relied upon all of these skills whilst remaining client focused throughout. The opening video at the top of this page highlights the roles undertaken onsite.

Working with Salesforce (AI + Data + CRM) I provided showcalling for a corporate sales conference at Magazine (O2, London). This three day meeting included simultaneous dual staging, multiple presenters, live closed captioning, and head-phone presentations. This project relied on consistent communication with all AV departments.
Working with various global Pharmaceutical companies (including Cochlear, IPSEN, Takeda, Moderna) I have produced numerous events ranging from 500+ F2F meeting with virtual presenters joining and broadcasting to more intimate 15 presenters with global broadcast/record. Many of these events were on sites across Europe and using streaming services such as SpotMe.
Working with multiple agencies I wrote, developed, and produced a series of interactive presentations for C-Suite banking executives (including Swiss, Unigestion, and ING)across Europe. The topic was Presenting with Impact in a Virtual Environment. The concept was so popular it was picked up and shared by Winmark Business Consulting & Services.
